Payment methods

We are pleased to offer you the following payment options. Choose the payment method that suits you best.

Invoice (PayPal Plus)

When you choose to pay by invoice, neither we nor the payment provider will charge you any additional fees. The maximum invoice amount is €1,500. If you select "purchase by invoice," you will be automatically and securely redirected to the external payment page. You do not need a customer account or login. After selecting "purchase by invoice," the payment provider will conduct a risk assessment. This may involve checking your creditworthiness with various credit agencies. The check is performed in real time. If the check is unsuccessful, you will receive a notification during the order process. You will then receive a payment slip with the payment provider's/PayPal's bank details. The payment term is 30 days from the order date. PayPal

You can pay securely and easily with PayPal. Payment is processed through the PayPal electronic payment system. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to PayPal's payment page. Enter your PayPal username there and complete the payment. You will then be automatically redirected back to our online shop to finalize your order.

Credit cards (PayPal Plus)

When paying by credit card with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, you will be automatically redirected to an external payment page. No login or customer account is required. Card payments are processed by PayPal, and you will not incur any additional costs.

If you prefer prepayment, you will receive an order confirmation via email containing all the necessary payment information. Once the payment has been received in our account, your order will be shipped immediately. Depending on your bank, this can take between 2 and 4 business days.

Cash on delivery

With cash on delivery, you pay for your goods directly upon delivery in cash. When the delivery driver rings your doorbell, you must have the exact amount of money ready, as the driver is not obligated to carry change. Payment by check is not possible. The processing fee is €2.00 (including VAT).

Cash/debit card for self-collection

Cash or debit card payment is available for all orders picked up in person at our warehouse in Forchtenberg. You can conveniently pay with cash or debit card upon collection.

Purchase on account

The payment method "purchase on account" is available to you as an institution (e.g., a kindergarten or school) or business owner.

No, you don't have to reach a minimum order value.

1h Click & Collect

Once we have received your order and you have selected "self-collection", your goods will be ready for collection just one hour later.

You have the option to pick up your order from us Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (or on request) .

Delivery

If you pay for your order by direct debit, credit card or PayPal on weekdays (Mon. to Fri.) before 12:00 pm, we will ship your order on the same day with our shipping partner DHL.

Please note: We can only ship orders paid in advance via standard bank transfer once the invoice amount has been received in our account.

Generally, you can expect delivery within 1-2 working days within Germany, and within Austria and Switzerland within 3-4 working days.
