Bioplastics made from wheat straw are produced from waste products of food processing, particularly from flour production residues. The leftover straw, unsuitable for consumption, is not incinerated but reused as a raw material for plastics. This production process eliminates the need for fossil fuels and results in significantly lower CO2 emissions compared to conventional plastic production. Wheat straw absorbs more CO2 from the air than is produced during photosynthesis, leading to CO2-neutral production. As a sustainable raw material, wheat straw is free of toxic pollutants, BPA-free, and of comparable quality to conventional plastics.

Hergestellt aus Biomaterial auf Weizenstrohbasis, bestehen sie aus einem umweltfreundlichen und schadstofffreien Rohstoff.

Bioplastik aus Weizenstroh wird aus Abfallprodukten der Lebensmittelverarbeitung hergestellt, insbesondere aus Resten der Mehlproduktion.

Das übriggebliebene, nicht für den Verzehr geeignete Stroh wird nicht verbrannt, sondern als Rohmaterial für Kunststoff wiederverwendet.

Die Herstellung verzichtet auf fossile Brennstoffe und führt zu deutlich weniger CO2-Emissionen im Vergleich zur herkömmlichen Kunststoffproduktion.

Weizenstroh bindet mehr CO2 aus der Luft, als bei der Photosynthese erzeugt wird, was zu einer CO2-neutralen Produktion führt.

Weizenstroh als nachhaltiger Rohstoff ist frei von giftigen Schadstoffen, BPA-frei und qualitativ dem herkömmlichen Kunststoff ebenbürtig.
