Following its relaunch, the entry-level model for children is battery-operated and features the look and feel of the innovative STIHL MS 500i. It playfully replicates many of the functions of the full-size chainsaw, from the movable, replaceable chain and LED operating indicator to the new bar design. A particularly parent-friendly feature: to prevent the toy chainsaw from becoming a nuisance, the saw noise can be adjusted to a comfortable level using a volume control.
